WalCrete is a premium shotcrete designed for use below or above the metal line in a furnace. The parameters utilized to apply WalCrete lend themselves to very low rebound. The design of Walcrete also allows for fast firing the material to shorten the total metal to metal time required for a repair.
X-CEL GUN 60
X-Cel Gun 60 is an excellent gunning material used in the non-metal contact areas of an aluminum furnace such as upper walls and stacks. The material has low rebound rates and good physical properties after curing.
