Wahl designs and manufactures custom precast shapes for demanding industrial applications. We develop and manufacture our own alumina based refractory products, and manufacture over 100 brands of high quality refractories such as Fireclay, High Alumina, Spinel, Zirconia, Fused Silica, and Silicon Carbide.

SIFCA® (Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Castable) is a precast composite of refractory slurry and stainless steel fiber. At elevated temperatures SIFCA® precast shapes replace conventional refractory, cast iron, and stainless steel parts with extreme compressive strength and resistance to thermal shock, and high impact wear. SIFCA® precast shapes can be bolted to the same structures as the steel or cast iron they are replacing.

FiberStone® is a precast composite of refractory slurry and stainless steel fiber.

Low and ultra-low cement castables, characterized by high density and exceptional strength. Command™ castables can be vibration cast at very low water contents. The Command™ family includes high alumina, mullite, fused silica, spinel, zirconia, chromic oxide, and silicon carbide containing castables. Applications include aluminum, steel, iron, cement, and other minerals processing industries.
